Mooijer is responsible for compliance with the “General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),” maintaining customer records, and managing data for analysis and marketing purposes. Mooijer is the data controller, as defined by the GDPR, for all data processing on behalf of mooijer.nl, including https://www.mooijer.nl.

Mooijer collects and processes personal data for customer records, the performance of the agreement, the collection of payments, the website, personalized marketing, and to comply with legal obligations.

The personal data stored by Mooijer is primarily used to fulfill the agreement regarding the delivery of a product and/or service by Mooijer. Without this data, it is not possible for Mooijer to fulfill the agreement.

The entire audio recording associated with the agreement may be retained for evidentiary, coaching, and training purposes.

Mooijer handles your personal data with the utmost care and makes every effort to store your data securely. Any data breaches will always be reported to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority) and to the individuals whose personal data may have been compromised. In the event of a data breach, Mooijer will always take appropriate measures to ensure the reliability of the website.

If you believe that your personal data is being used improperly, was obtained improperly, or is being stored unlawfully, and you are unable to have your data deleted despite repeated requests, you may file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority) at any time.

Mooijer stores the following personal data about you:

  • For the performance of the agreement regarding the product to be delivered: your name, gender, address, ZIP code, city, bank/credit card information, phone number, and/or email address;
  • For payment and processing of invoices: your name, gender, address, ZIP code, city, bank/credit card information, phone number, and/or email address;
  • For requesting a no-obligation quote: your name, gender, address, ZIP code, city, phone number, and/or email address;
  • To handle questions and complaints: your name, address, ZIP code, city, phone number, and/or email address.

Personal data is never stored for longer than strictly necessary, and you may view, modify, or delete it at any time. If photos or other images depicting natural persons are used, Mooijer always first requests permission from the person in the photo or image. You may access, modify, and delete your personal data (including the right to be forgotten) and withdraw your consent by sending an unambiguous statement to info@mooijer.nl.

Your personal data will be deleted in any case:

  • in the case of the performance of the agreement: 5 years after the termination of the agreement for the purpose of any future agreements, unless you have explicitly consented to the storage of your personal data for a longer period or if the data must be retained for a longer period pursuant to a statutory regulation or provision;
  • in the case of payment and processing of invoices: 7 years after payment of the relevant invoice, for the purpose of complying with the legal obligation imposed by the Tax Authority;
  • in the case of handling questions and complaints: after the complaint has been resolved to your satisfaction;
  • in the case of a request for a non-binding quote: 60 days after sending the non-binding quote.

To ensure the proper execution of the agreement, Mooijer may engage a number of third parties who may also have access to your data. In any case, they will store the data for as long as necessary to perform their work. Under no circumstances will personal data be used for purposes other than the work performed for Mooijer, unless explicit consent has been requested from the data subject. Data Processing Agreements apply to all external transfers of personal data.

A payment provider may be used to collect invoices. In that case, personal data necessary for collecting payments will be provided to the payment provider.

Mooijer reserves the right to create a blacklist containing the personal data of individuals who have seriously betrayed Mooijer’s trust. The blacklist is retained indefinitely and is accessible only to a very limited group of Mooijer employees. The blacklist is also retained for future offers from Mooijer. In any case, individuals who, despite repeated requests, fail to meet any payment obligation to Mooijer will be included on the blacklist.
